Digital product design service

We offer digital product design services. This includes website, online courses and digital documents. If you are not satisfied with the design we provide, we will make reasonable efforts to revise the design to meet your needs. However, due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for any of our services. We can however reimburse you for service not yet rendered at our own discretion.

Accessibility audits and optimizations

We offer accessibility audits and optimizations. If you are not satisfied with the audit or optimization we provide, we will make reasonable efforts to revise the audit or optimization to meet your needs. However, due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for audits or optimizations. We can however reimburse you for services not yet rendered at our own discretion.

Accessibility Widget

We offer an accessibility widget that can be added to your website. As this is a monthly subscription we are happy to refund you any money that has been paid in advance. No refunds will be made on prior months’ use.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis. If you believe that you are entitled to a refund, please contact us by using the contact form and provide a detailed explanation of your request. We reserve the right to deny your claim.
